Audio not being recorded from Focusrite USB device

I am recording a screen capture with audio. The visual video is being recorded but the audio that is playing is not being recorded. Global Audio Devices is set to Speakers (2-Focusrite USB Audio) but there is no audio. I can do a youtube screen capture that does include the audio but will not include audio form an video program running on my computer.
Running on Win 11 Pro.
Your help would be greatly appreciated

I should add that I am using OBS to record from a video editing program that has a separate audio track. Is that possible?
