Audio Monitoring

I am trying to monitor our live feed and I can not get to where I can hear it. I have tried to change the monitor and output status and I still can't hear. This just changed this weekend. The audio strems to Facebook but I cant hear it live! What can I do?

So you've been here already?:

"Active Sources Only" is annoying to me. I want to see everything, but it's always unchecked by default and doesn't remember. It's only a UI thing; doesn't affect any processing at all.
