Audio Monitoring

I have a (hopefully) quick question about OBS audio monitoring, basically I just want to output OBS audio to a monitor, headphone jack, and wireless headset. So I am currently using voicemeeter-banana to split the one obs audio monitoring output into 3 but the latency is unbearable for mixing live sound. Does anyone have any better ideas, a way to reduce latency, or some sort of plugin?

If you're monitoring Voicemeeter from the Windows Sound Control Panel, there is no way to reduce the latency. If you want to output OBS Monitoring, use the default monitoring settings from inside of OBS Studio.
