Question / Help Audio Monitoring out of sync

Hi,

I'm streaming using the Black Magic Web Presenter and OBS Studio on my Hp z book. My internet speeds are about 40 down and 40 up. I'm streaming to s custom sever. The end stream audio is correct and the signal comings from the web presenter is in sync. When I start the recording and stream in OBS and go to the advanced audio properties for the WP to monitor the audio is starts out in sync but slowly drifts. I ran the stream for about an hour and the audio inside OBS was over a second late. This is concerning because I'm not sure how I can monitor the audio during the event and really hear whats happening. Below is the log.

Thanks,
