Bug Report Audio Monitoring Cuts and Comes Back

I am running OBS Studio on Manjaro Linux Kernel 5.5.6-1. I use a Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K and I do set up audio monitoring for it. In advanced audio properties, it is set to monitor only(mute output) as I only stream the desktop audio as I need to hear the sound from the device as well. This used to work perfectly fine before, but for unknown reasons, it no longer works properly. The audio cuts out, it is no longer being monitored, but we can still see the black magic outputting audio. The logs can be found here. I have tried turning monitoring on and off as well as restarting OBS, but the issue remains. I have added a picture of the audio mixer for when the audio cuts off:

Same thing happened here. Happens with some mp3 files and not others. It works till a point then it cuts off and resumes when it loops or when I change scenes and come back to the scene with that issue.
