Audio monitor device lists PulsaAudio devices but not Alsa devices

I am trying to set the audio monitor device to an Alsa device, but the window only lists PuseAudio devices. PulseAudio does not recognize my USB vidieo capture card but Alsa does.
OBS Studio version 3.0.20 Linux Mint 21.3 MS200x capture card.
