Audio Mixer doesn't capture Desktop Audio

I've been searching the internet for answers but unable to find anything that describes and fixes my problem.

In the Audio Mixer, the Desktop Audio is shown, but the bars aren't moving, so it isn't picking up any audio. It's set to use the device 'Speakers', which is the same device set as default in Windows.

What am I doing wrong? How do I make OBS pick up Desktop Audio?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

And you can add any Audio Input or Audio Output device manually via the right-click menu over the Sources pane.

I've got it solved. Apparently, despite having checked it already, I overlooked OBS being muted in Windows. :/
