Hi there,
I feel like I'm missing a step, and it's probably silly, but here it goes...
I've gone onto royalty-free music sites for simple background music during our video tutorials and imported them as a media file in every scene. I have a small, 4-channel mixer that provides my mic audio input, which works fine, but when I live stream or record a session, all I hear is the person who's mic'd talk, but no background audio.
Here's the kicker, though: I have an intro slide in the very beginning with a recorded .wav file narration that's about 15 seconds long, and THAT one shows up on my recordings, but not live...settings are the same for all. Any help?
My background music shows up as an audio channel and my levels never go below -40 db or above the yellow. Additionally, this music file is a .mp3, I believe.
