Question / Help Audio lowers once OBS opens

Whenever I open OBS my volume for my game/voice chat lowers to a point where I can't sometimes hear it. I think its supposed to make the audio clearer for the recording but tbh idc. I like having the volume where it is before I open OBS. I quickly made this video showing you what I mean. If someones knows how I can disable this feature, please help.

Try checking this box in settings advanced:

If that doesn't work, go to the Windows sound control panel, Communications tab, set to Do Nothing.

Playback has no audio. I tried both of these suggestions and neither one resolved the issue.
