Yesterday I had an issue of my audio looping and when I went to figure out how to fix it I ended up trying several things listed below:
1. Went into the audio settings to make sure monitor off was selected on all my audio (which is was initially when I checked)
2. Went to my stream manager page and muted the audio there
3. Made sure that my sound settings had the mic I was using as well as the headset as the default for input and output devices
4. Cleared the cache how the OBS website said to and unlinked my stream profile and re-linked it
