The Mic/Aux levels on the Mixer panel in OBS keep registering audio (although a very small amount) even when my microphone and mixing board that are plugged into my sound card are turned off.
Why is OBS registering audio levels if the mic and mixing board are turned off? Is it possibly because my sound card is picking up noise from the PC fan?
I would love it if the audio levels for Mix/Aux would be at zero when my mic and mixing board are turned off, otherwise I think that something is wrong and that my audio quality will be affected by some type of interference.
Is there a solution or a setting somewhere that I missed? Am I doing something wrong?
My soundcard is a Soundblaster Fatality. My mic is plugged into my Yamaha mixing board and my mixing board is plugged into my soundcard at the rear of the PC.
Thanks for any help if you know what the issue is :)
