Audio Levels are wrong while streaming but only on YT

I multistream to youtube(nvenc AV1) and twitch(i-gpu), and also record (nvenc AV1).
I have limiters set up for in-game sound/music to -30db and it was fine but now it seems that the audio going to YouTube has no limiters on.
Audio levels are all fine on the recording and stream to Twitch
Checked integrity and updated obs.
