Question / Help Audio lags by 10 seconds, cannot figure out why!

I have searched this forum and Google for hours, but just cannot find a friggin answer to this!

Just got a new 2016 MPB (2.7 GHz Intel Core i7 running Sierra 10.12.4) and when I try to stream using OBS I am running about a 10 second lag in my audio. I have played with the Sync Offset in the advanced audio settings, with absolutely no luck. I don't know what else to do! Things were working perfectly on my 2010 MBP running Yosemite.

Any ideas?? I am broadcasting a new radio show live this Tuesday and need to sort this out before then :(

I am running a Logitech C905 webcam, a Presonus Audiobox 22VSL interface, and I'm below are image links to screenshots showing my OBS settings:

I was able to resolve this by changing my OBS video FPS to 29.97 (it had been set to 60), but this is still not a complete fix for me because I would still rather stream at 60 FPS. Any input appreciated. Thanks
