Question / Help Audio lag

Hi,

I am trying to stream a video on Facebook live using OBS Studio.
The weird thing is that the video images seem to go very smooth, while the audio lags and sometimes even stops for a few minutes. The source is through VLC (720P) video.

A log file is attached to this thread.

Hopefully, someone can tell me how to resolve this

Try adding the video directly as a VLC source instead of trying to capture the VLC player.

Hi,

I tried using the "VLC video source" but that didn't help. I did notice when I tried the "Game Capture" and select the VLC window where the video is being played, less audio problems occur. unfortunately, after each 5 till 10 seconds the audio drops and returns again.
