Question / Help Audio lag on discord when streaming with obs and Facebook live.

Hi. I have an I5 7500 with 1060 6 gb card with 16 gb ram. I m streaming with obs using nvenc encoding. The problem is my voice is lagging on discord when I am streaming using Facebook live. The video is perfect at 720 p with 60fps, but the audio is laggy on discord. The cpu usage is at 100%. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
