Audio Jumps During Transitions - but only between DSLR and Webcam

I have set up of two logitech webcams and just upgraded my main camera to a DSLR using Elgato USB Capture Card HD60 +

When i transition between the scenes it will transition perfectly between the webcams, but if i involve the DSLR scene in anyway, the audio will jump forward or back a bit. no blend just an instant jump.

audio from the cameras is off / zero and the main audio feed is a separate sound card in.
