I am testing this out as my encoder for youtube live videos, as I am hoping to run D&D games via a program remotely on my computer, called fantasy grounds. Everyone joins my fantasy grounds server, which I plan to broadcast, and my players join up via teamspeak. That being said, I am using a headset and mic as well to communicate. I tried running a test, and it seemed to create a loop of sorts, and I was hearing my own voice regurgitating game back at me about 5 seconds later. I would like to ensure my voice is heard clearly on the stream and recording, but do not want to hear my voice during the session itself. I also listened to the recording, and it was kind of fuzzy, unclear, and the same phrase would repeat every few seconds, slightly lower in volume until it could not be heard any longer. I am wearing headphones, and that and my mic are selected as sources in OBS. I am stumped. Please help. Thanks

Sorry, I do not quite follow haha. I have to have the youtube stream open for OBS to send to it, correct? And if I an sharing a window of the game to OBS, how can I accomplish this with youtube stream not open and live?

Thanks, so it will still stream live to my youtube, even if I do not have the youtube stream open in browser? Thanks, I will try it. Thanks for the quick answer! I am new to this, and appreciate it very much!
