We are losing sound on our church livestream and can't figure out the issue. The sound issue is fixed quickly by unplugging the scarlett 2i2 from the usb port and then plugging it back in.
Our setup is fairly simple. Dell G7 (i7-9750h, GPU GTX 1660 Ti, 16 g of ram), one camera (Canon T7i through cam link 4k), and audio coming from our house mixer (Behringer Xr18) into a Scarlett 2i2 that is plugged in to a usb port on the computer.
The log file says
Device 'Analogue 1 + 2 (Focusrite Usb Audio)' invalidated. Retrying
Device 'Speakers (Focusrite Usb Audio)' invalidated. Retrying
WASAPI: Device 'Analogue 1 + 2 (Focusrite Usb Audio)' [48000 Hz] initialized
