Question / Help Audio issues with OBS and Premiere

So, I have two issues that I need resolving.

First issue is created by OBS Studio itself. At certain parts of the recording, my microphone(and maybe in-game too, not sure) audio snaps. What I mean by that is, it cuts out parts of the audio track. Like, I'll be playing back the microhpone audio track, and then it completely skips a word or two and goes on with recording the audio. For no reason. There is no pause, there's just an immediate jump to a further part of the audio recording.

Second issue might have something to do with my editing software itself, Adobe Premiere. The audio just desyncs after a while. What's weird is, only my microphone audio desyncs. The in-game audio is always good. VFR is off. I've also been having this issue with OBS Classic(again, CFR was on), and now I'm having it in Studio as well. I'd love to resolve this issue since I am of a very high opinion of the program otherwise and the fact that it allows me to record small-ish video files with multiple audio tracks the volume of which I can then adjust in post without any hassle of syncing up Audacity with the footage is simply incredible. I'd love to continue using the program.

I started recording at ~1:30 AM as far as I can remember, but I had OBS open for a while, so I guess you can skip all the stuff before the start of the recording process.

I tried changing the file format to .mov or .m4a from .mp4, didn't seem to help at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are recording in VBR, which Premiere handles terribly. Try CBR recording and see if that fixes the de-sync. This also happens with Shadowplay recordings and in its case, I had to download an app called Handbrake and re-encode the video in CBR.

I second the use of handbrake if you want to keep your recording settings. It took me a while to figure out how to get OBS to do virtually lossless recording and it handles it like a champ now. Handbreak settings below if you decide to use it.
