Audio issues through Numark Scratch with OBS loaded

Getting some stuttering and popping with all the audio going through my numark scratch while OBS is loaded, over ASIO while Serato DJ is running, and DirectX/WASAPI for everything else. The scratch's booth out is going into my motherboard's line in, and OBS is listening using presumably Realtek audio drivers. OBS isn't set to use the scratch in any way. My other speakers seem to work just fine, no matter what OBS is doing, and I'm positive that OBS and both cards are set for 24 bit, 48k audio.

Here's a video taken with OBS, including a digital vinyl scope showing regular pulsing with the issues: https://youtu.be/ld68MqktJRk
Audio's a bit low; sorry about that.

Here's another video taken with OBS closed, recorded through windows' game bar: https://youtu.be/DwAMk-sCjYg
The two pulses on the scope are part of the digital vinyl tracking, and are normal.

Any idea what could be causing this issue?

edit: the logs are missing a desktop capture source for the scope; can upload new logs if needed.

Cancel that; the USB controller was being overloaded. Had the webcam and mixer on adjacent USB ports, and swapping the camera to another solved the issue.
