Question / Help Audio Issue

I recently got a new laptop, and am having audio issues. I've tried changing settings, but it hasn't helped. My old laptop couldn't handle the video, but the audio was fine on the default settings.
I'm using a tascam US-144 and a Behringer 1202fx.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I returned my laptop and bought a different one and am having the same problem.
