Bug Report Audio issue with Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle

Hello. Sorry for my english, but I'll try to describe my problem.

I have a 2 ways to capture my Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle.

1) The first one it is using a "Blackmagic Device" source - in this case I don't have any sound from my console on my PC and have very ugly sound on stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8VyydMjTMw

2) Second one: I also can use "Video Capture Device" and select "Blackmagic WDM Capture" as device. Same result: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocHKkpmCn-o (2016-02-18 22-07-20.flv in the log)

But now I can also to select "Declink Video Capture" as Device (I don't know what is it but something from driver package). Also I need to select "Use custom audio device" - Declink Audio Capture. Wonderful! https://youtu.be/RVF2lZ6ygAk (2016-02-18 22-11-16.flv)
But I stiil have no sound on my PC - this is what I want, because I play on PC when I want to stream for my friends. So, I go to settings and choose Audio Output Mode: Output desktop audio (Direct Sound or WaveOut). I'm not shure, but I think I hear some clipping with DS (https://youtu.be/Dm_qPNd5n2k (2016-02-18 22-18-12.flv)) and clear sound with WO, but maybe it's OK. But after this "Video Capture Device" sound slider doesn't work and I see - my audio device slider now controls sound volume. But only for stream! I still hear maximum sound even if I drag slider to zero =) And if I change scene to another one (without capture device source). So... yes I can stream, but if I want to get some conversation in Skype - this loud sound is a problem ).

In the end I want to say, classic OBS works for me very well. I use Capture "Device Source" - Declinc Video Capture, and Declink Audio Capture with "Output audio to desktop" option. And I can control output volume IN capture device settings, and what I get in stream - I get on my PC for me. Also - I hear sound from my Blackmagic only on scenes with Capture Device source.

So, please, help me with this big problem ) New OBS is great, really, I like many improvements in it, but I needed in robust volume control from classic version )

OBS Studio: as attachment

I am having same issues. It was working fine a few months ago until Windows forced a Win10 update that my computer wouldn't support so it reverted back to Win7 pro. I deleted all Blackmagic programs & drivers and reinstalled the newest version and the sound actually got worse. I without knowing to expect this, I streamed a elementary concert today only to find out the end result were a bunch of kids sounding like defective robots under water. I am using the BM Intensity USB 3... and again, I had NO issues up until now. Yes, I tried several sources for input (thinking it was the sound board) but when I came home and tested it on a simple iPad (as a source of music) it did the same thing. What do you need to know for data specs so I can get this working again?! It's concert month and I can't afford to lose not streaming as so many are counting on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5h1KEiLExM PLEASE HELP..!!
