Audio issue streaming to Youtube

I've been using obs for a while now at our church for the live streaming and recently have run into an issue that I could use some help trying to figure out. I am not able to get back up there right now in case anyone asks for the exact settings. Since Youtube changed the setup for how set up the stream I have been having issues and last week I was able to finally get it to stream to all our platforms we use but had a buzz/hum in the audio. Yesterday when I went to run our live stream I was able to set the stream up to the various platforms but I had no audio at all for the Youtube feed but did for our facebook feed. I did go in and check the properties and everything for youtube on OBS and even went as far as removing the audio input, closing down and then restarting OBS and then readded the audio input. Made sure the settings for the input as well as the OBS settings for audio were good but still no audio going to Youtube only Facebook. I also removed the Youtube feed and then readded it to OBS and still nothing. Any ideas, suggestions or advise is greatly appreciated. I'm kinda stumped. We think we have the issue with the buzz/hum figured out and waiting on a cable to replace the one we have but the No audio on Youtube when we had it on FB has me stumped. Your ideas or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
