Question / Help Audio Issue Driving Me Insane

So I've had this problem with OBS for the longest time. Whether I'm recording or Streaming the desktop audio will drift out of sync and quite quickly. I can notice a difference in about 5 minutes. I use game capture and I've tried a variety of fixes from using quick sync to changing my desktop audio device from default. Please some one help. I'll do my best to give any further details if it's needed.

Yes, no dice. I had several set up before I had to reset my Windows OS and then it changed. I had at one point fixed it but the previous settings don't seem to work. I've tried one source and it still didn't work.

Try using the local recording presets with QSV, or a different encoder like AMF/x264, and see if that corrects the issue.
