Audio Issue - desktop audio is fine, mic shows as active but won't stream or record

I am running the latest OBS and Voicemeeter. I've got Desktop audio going through and streaming/recording fine. The Mic shows as being active in my audio mixer, and even plays in my headset if I monitor, but nothing actually records or streams out.

I am on a PC running Windows 10. I have been actively streaming, but today I'm not sure what I tweaked and now the mic isn't going from OBS out.
