Hello, thanks for your time! I am new to OBS, and so far everything is working great as far as streaming and recording. I only have one strange issue and we have been unable to track it down on my end so I'm reaching out here. I'll attach a log and explain to the best of my abilities:
When we do a screen capture record of a video and audio, for example either our Intro Song/Video or the 10 minute intermission loop of slideshow and audio, and then add that recording to our show files, the audio is strange, seems really hot in some areas, low quality in others, and kind of tinny for lack of a better word. The recordings themselves sound fine when played through a media player or when we play them in Adobe Premiere, it is not until we render and bring it into OBS for broadcast that the audio issues show up, forcing us to remove the audio fomr the intro/intermissionand drop in a clean audio track in replacement, nothing too troublesome, but something I'd rather not have to do every time we record our weekly show if there is a fix that I'm missing.
To clarify, since I'm not great at explaining:
-The audio for the show files recorded in OBS is fine throughout, it is only the recordings of Video+Audio that we recorded through "screen capture" that has this issue.
- If we broadcast a screen capture of the show playing in Preimiere, we do not have this issue, the music in the intro and intermission is clean, it ONLY happens when we're trying to broadcast a "Playback" media source
-The same Video+Audio shows no issues when played through a media player or if we are forced to broadcast a screen capture of the show playing in Premiere (which we've had to do twice in an emergency)
- I'm very sorry if this is a dumb question ;)
Here is my log! Thanks again
