Audio is staticy and cuts out

I used to record all the time with OBS and had no issues. suddenly any audio coming from my capture device is full of static and is bumby or crackly. I uninstalled OBS and went fresh, cleared everything. I have just my nintendo switch hooked up directly to the USB capture card

NVM figured it out. Live Gamer Extreme capture card needs to have drivers updated after Windows 10 2004 update. Probably Can't find this info in the log anyway
