Audio Interface Gain Set To Zero, But Still LOUD!

Hi there, everybody. I just get me a Acer Helios Predator 300 as my laptop, and I am starting to do livestreams of me singing and playing acoustic guitar.

The problem is that I set the gain on my audio interface to zero... and the sound is TOO loud. It is not distorting, but it is capturing ALL THE SOUNDS of my environment, and that is horrible. I just can't use that sound on livestreams. I don't know what should it be, but I was suposed to use the gain knob of my Scarlett Solo (2nd Gen.) to set the gain of my microphone, and it is not necessary... I wish I could put it on -5, IDK.

I've used two microphones, one condenser, and one handheld condenser (designed for live performances), and both of them have the same issue.

I think it's a Windows problem, make up gain, I don't really know.

Could you guys help me? And, please, be really didatic on the explanation, because I'm really newbie at OBS and Windows.

Thank you VERY much!
