Audio Interface Crash

Hi all,

TBH I don't know if this is an OBS problem, but I could use some input from all avenues.

I've been having issues with my audio while streaming my drumming. This does not happen every stream, but it's enough to be frustrating, and I have to restart my computer (and stream) when it does.

The stream will be progressing nicely, and then out of no where I will no longer hear audio through my audio interface. What is weird, is the Desktop audio and my voice/drum audio can be heard by my viewers, but I can no longer hear. Eventually, if I fiddle enough, all audio will be muted for the stream.

A clip of the sound cutting out just for me can be seen here: https://bit.ly/2PjsgOc (Happened 1:51:30 into the stream)
My Log for the same stream is attached.

My current set up is my mics to a TASCAM 16x08 USB Interface -> PC -> Ableton Live 10 Suite (with EQing and Processing) -> OBS via Restream plugin using VB-audio virtual cable as the device.

So far, I have tried:
- disabling and enabling my interface in sound settings,
- turning my interface's power switch off and then on again
- Closing and reopening Ableton

The only thing so far that I know is guaranteed to work is restarting my computer. Is there something I can do to minimize as many "crashes" as possible?

Thanks a lot

Hey Hamferglar, did you ever fix your problem? I have the EXACT same problem with the same Tascam interface. I'm running MacOs Mojave, how about you?

Please let me know if or how you fixed it
