Audio inputs disappeared in OBS settings dropdown list after Windows update

So I thínk this was caused by a Windows update but I'm not 100% sure. After the update my Global Audio Devices settings in OBS were reset, no inputs were selected anymore. And now, some inputs are not showing up anymore at all. They are in for example Voicemeeter and Windows Sound Settings and they definitely do still work, just in OBS I can't select them anymore, they don't show up in the list at all now.

I have no idea how to fix it, is anyone familiar with this problem?

The latest Windows update has been a roll of the dice on if it works OK, or breaks everything audio. Sadly it sounds like you're in the latter camp. Unfortunately, I don't know of a fix just yet. But at least it's not just you, and it's not your fault; blame Microsoft.
