Audio input vs Audio Output !

Hello I am trying to record a movie online with the help of OBS Studio and I don't know what audio setting to use to record as well as possible!
For example, what audio option is used between the audio input and the audio output? Can anyone help me choose the best option?

Input is a device that absorbing sound waves (mic). Output is a device that emits sound waves (speaker). OBS can capture both Input devices and Output devices (if they present in your PC). For the live reaction videos you probably need both...
