Audio Input got picked up by the game audio

Hello there, I want to ask, I was recording and playing normally, but then suddenly Audio Input also picking up the game audio, so now the Audios are doubled. The audio input should only come from the mic, and the audio output is for audio comes from the games, right?

tested a bunch, it seems like also the Audio Input were also hear and record audios from discords voice
is there any way to make that the audio input / mic not picking up the game audio and/or discord voices? thanks a bunch!

This has also recently started happening to me after a recent OBS update with my Blue Yeti mic. It's picking up both the game feed audio from a separate USB 3.0 device and the regular mic audio while I'm recording. I still have some trouble shooting to do, but I am suspecting it has something to do with having the mic plugged in to the same powered USB 3.0 splitter as my video capture device... Would be great to get this problem sorted, as I often record to multiple audio tracks to isolate audio.
