audio input capture problem

I am playing audio into my preSonus audiobox usb. I can see the audio signal on my system preferences > sound > input level. The level is bouncing with the music so I know the signal has made it to the laptop. I can’t get OBS to receive that signal into the audio input capture.

I’m using OBS 25.0.8 on
macOS Catalina 10.15.6
