Audio Input capture not working in monitor out to Bluetooth stream Speaker

Simple problem of inputting a microphone with audio input capture and out put to monitor Behringer Blue tooth speaker.

When I hard wire cable to the speaker everything works fine but when I go to blue stream I can only hear the media source playing at the Bluetooth speaker not the microphone.

Why would music output but not microphone?

I believe I have it working correctly now seems they were not on the same hertz. The app on my computer for Ankerman conference speakers S500 told me the hertz was different then the 48000 it was looking for. When I looked at properties it was 16000 instead of 48000.
