Audio in OBS

Hello guys , i am new here and i am also new in using obs, so i dont know if there is a fix to my problem already and i dont know where it is.
My friend sent me a video with audio the has voice over each other, the best way i can explain is as if you imagine its a video of youtube or a movie or something of the sort that has the original sound and voice in the background and now has someone speaking on top of the original sound like a dubbing of sorts. Can anyone help me please?

If you are trying to eliminate the "someone speaking on top" of a pre-recorded video, you are out of luck, unless they original audio and the "someone speaking" are on different audio channels (which is unlikely)
