Audio In from PC to Recording PC Noise

We run Easyworship on one pc and obs recording on another. 2 weeks ago after 2 weeks of no sound we were able to get sound but now we have static. The static is not coming from our mics, it is on top of all the incoming recording.
I have tried all filters that we had previously set (mind you we have no idea what our settings were previously) but even upon changing..there is noise..static..missing..skipping, something. I have to have this resolved immediately

sorry I am just now getting back tot his. we are inputting from our sound board. They never named it and set it up when I was not here and this really isn't my area of expertise. I know just enough to be dangerous..unfortunately that dangerous isn't fixing this issue. We have had to roll back a windows update to get out video coming in, but now that we have that...still no audio. We have audio running I believe from our board through a blackmagic device and then into the computer.
We have the audio input set to blackmagic...but nothing..no sound, no ribbon movement..nothing.

Found that there was an windows update and an OBS update that kicked out blackmagic device. Once I rolled back both, we have audio and video feed again. We however are still having audio noise...kind of a wavering sound. The sound doesn't go completely out, to explain it is like plugging your ears and unplugging them again. I have tried changing our OBS audio settings, but to no avail.
