Question / Help Audio HELP!!!

So, I have a HyperX cloud stinger, and it's mic is working really fine on Audacity, and on my other PC, but on OBS my words are unintelligible and very stuttery. I do not stream on this PC, only record videos, so IDK how to upload my log onto it.

Also, while we're at it, any recommendations for recording at an ok quality?

My specs are as follows:

Intel i3-8130 2.3 GhZ 2-core processor with Intel UHD 620 iGPU.
6 GB DDR3-L 2133 MhZ ram.
1 TB 7200RPM HDD
1080P display.

I had to turn my mic quality in the Windows quality settings up to 48000 KHz, and then the OBS up to the same. I also had to turn on equalizer.
Make sure the settings match:
