Audio help

I am new here so hopefully I have not looked over this topic. My desktop audio does not work and I am stumped on what to do. Any guidance is appreciated. Ive done everything- even made sure I was unmuted on my volume mixer.

How? What does it do that it's not supposed to? What does it not do that it *is* supposed to? Just "not working" doesn't say anything.

And what are you trying to do anyway? This could very well be an XY problem too, and this is where you've hit the "brick wall" with an idea that never had a chance at working in the first place:
