I was wondering if Icould record only the audio from the window I'm recording. For example I'm recording csgo and have spotify open and with obs recordig only the audio of cs
 
Only if you can configure CSGO and Spotify to send their audio to separate destinations.

This can be done with Voicemeeter, for instance.
