Bug Report Audio gets desynchronized when capturing from component cables

Hi, when I use my capture card (Avermedia AverTV HD DVR [C027]) from Component Cable sources, the audio will get desynchronized gradually (the software that came with the capture card does not have that problem).

This does not happen when capturing from S-Video (which is great, because OBS has the best deinterlacing and scale filtering options, capturing from a 320x240 resolution game machine actually looks as good as an emulator!), S-video capture is absolutely perfect, but I would love using OBS when capturing from Component because of the scale filtering options and the convenience of not needing to use Audacity when recording a let's play.

I'm not sure if HDMI sources have that problem, as I don't currently have any consoles with HDMI output.

The other "problem" (if you can even call it a problem) is that the audio that comes from the capture device will output to Desktop audio rather than Capture Device (muting the slider does nothing if I ever wanted to silence it, I'd have to move the Desktop Audio slider instead). Maybe this is related to the Component Cable source desync?

My computer's specs are:

Intel Core i5 6600k @3.5GHz
4 GB RAM
NVidia GeForce GT 730
(Capture device) Avermedia AverTV HD DVR (C027 PCIe card)
Windows 10 (yes, I have the Anniversary Update and I had problems because I also use Linux...)

Thanks in advance! I absolutely love OBS, and I hope I can completely replace the software that came with the capture card.
