Setup an audio baseline for every device you have in Windows
Go to the volume icon in the tray and right click on it to bring up Windows sound.
For every device you have in Playback, set it to a fixed value, say 80%
Same goes true for every device you have in Recording, set it to a fixed value, say 80%
This is your audio baseline. Don't touch these values.
In every program, including OBS Studio, adjust accordingly. If you need to raise the mic volume, use the Gain Filter.
