Audio follow video on USB Capture Source

Seems like a stupid question - I cannot figure out how to make audio transition between a scene with USB Capture (Magewell to A7sII) and a media source (h.264 file). When I cut to program the audio doesn't transition and the Mic / Aux (USB) is staying active on the Program Output. Is there a plug in or way to have audio follow video for this basic switcher need?
