Audio Filters not working after trying to setup Separate audio tracks.

I need help. I followed a guide on setting up Separate audio tracks so that when I edit my recordings I can turn down different parts of the recording. After that none of my mic filters are working. I deleted the filters and reset them up. I created a new profile to view the default settings and set my mic settings back to that and reset up filters but it still isn't working. Not sure what to do. It's clear the filters aren't working at all because no matter what level I set the noise suppression or noise gate it still picks up everything. Can someone help?Is there a way to go back to the settings I had before I made the track changes? I don't know what else to try. Thanks in advance.

Did you resolve this issue? I have the same issue and I can't stream because it's really loud where I live and I need these filters to work...
I tried reinstalling obs and reseting everything, I have lost all my scenes for nothing since it's not working even after reinstalling
