Question / Help Audio feedback through from mixamp

I stream halo 5 and the people I play with use xbox live party chat. As far as I know the only way to capture this audio is through my mixamp stream output. When I have this plugged into the mic input on my cpu there is a lot of feedback or interference (high pitched whine). When it is plugged into the line in input on the cpu there is still feedback but not quite as pronounced. I don't exactly know how to troubleshoot this any advice or direction would be great. Thank you in advance.

Capture audio chat thru the windows 10 xbox app, it's better. If you're using the headset mic as a stream mic, use the aux cable from one of the daisy chain ports to the mic input of the computer. This is for the non-TR Mixamp Pro

I'm running windows 7 and have the TR mixamp Pro :/ Thank you fatmatrow. I've been meaning to upgrade to 10 but 7 has been solid as a rock for me.
