Question / Help Audio Feedback Issue with Mic

This is driving me nuts and seems to come and go at different levels and I can't isolate the problem. I have tried turning out the lights, unplugging the phone, unplugging the router, turning off keyboard and mouse. I don't seem to have an issue with the mic in other applications. Here is a video of some of my settings and the noise.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated and keep it simple as this is very new for me.

There seems to be an issue with the AAC encoder in the log. How do I fix that?

Ok I used your link for Realtek and downloaded and installed R2.79 and got version 6.0.1.7541 dated 6/18/2015 and unfortunately the version I had before that was newer 6.0.1.7544 dated 6/24/2015 and the download deleted that one. So since the older one that I just downloaded did not seem to work as well I then tried to do a rollback and ended up with a Microsoft driver that was newer dated 7/15/2016 version 10.0.14393.0 and it seems to work about the same as the original Realtek driver that I had. None of these drivers have given me the Noise Cancel option in Mic Properties. Please see attachments for clarification. If there is any other information that would be helpful to get this problem resolved please let me know.

Thanks, Clipper

Searching Google for 6.0.1.7544 lead me to this site:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/es/es/esbsdt1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=XVXP8

Or this
http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SO...io-Driver-6017544-for-Windows-10-64-bit.shtml

Or this
http://wisedriverupdate.com/Realtek..._Driver_6_0_1_7544_for_Windows_10_64_bit.html

Maybe this is your driver?

This is noise cancelling in my case:
https://gyazo.com/5078156bf5180c0f73c64d0ddf4b314a
Windows Default Dribver did not have this option.
I installed Realtek Driver to get it.

I hope this helps.

Thanks EBrito, So are you getting the noise cancelling with the Realtek 6.0.1.7544 driver ? Or does it depend on the device if this option is available?

My version 6.0.1.7541.
It depends on your device.
My old laptop, with same version does not have noise cancelling option.

OBS Studio can add a noise cancelling filter and also a noise gate.
