Hi tech people. Would deeply appreciate some help here.
Almost every week we have an audio issue during our service. This normally happens well into the hour. We scramble to close OBS and restart.
We are running OBS, with one camera, and Pro Presenter 7 with overlays on an iMac and trying to Stream to Vimeo with Premium account. Our Shaw Business internet is uploading at around 130mbps. We monitor the OBS stream and Vimeo stream on a second monitor while the first monitor is displaying Pro Presenter.
We have had a history both audio and video randomly freezing and so I have been experimenting with the settings. As you can see I've lowered the bitrate to 1000 and adjusted the the preset to superfast (thinking the computer might be overtaxed). It worked fine for a few weeks but now the audio is stopping as I mentioned above. I dropped the bitrate to 900 for next week, but not sure that will solve whatever the problem was, since dropping to 1000 from 1900 didn't.
I don't have the expertise to diagnose the log files. I'm hoping someone else does!
