Audio fading in and out when recording.

I run the AV dept for my church I recently started using OBS studio to record and upload our services. The video works great but I have noticed that the audio that is connected through out church's sound board the volume goes down and up it is very inconsistent please provide me with some guidance on how to fix this issue. I am using Windows 11.

If you look at other audio-related posts here, you'll see my more-or-less standard response.
  • Screenshot your settings and post here. All of them that have something to do with audio.
  • Post a recording that is packed full of anything that might be useful.
  • Post a log file of the same session that produced that recording, using the built-in uploader. (Help menu)
  • Run that log through the automated Analyzer that you can get to from my signature.
