Audio Equalizer

Can anyone recommend a good software audio equalizer (hopefully free) with a lot of narrow band adjustments that will affect an input into OBS?
I've tried "Equalizer APO" with "Peace" plugin controls but I have only been able to get it to affect the output of the computer, not manipulate a single input device.
I webcast board meetings using a USB boundary microphone in the center of a large square table arrangement and unfortunately, most of the hotels I have to deal with have rather noisy air conditioning systems. I need to be able to reduce volume levels within specific frequency ranges. Thanks in advance.

It is not "free" -- it is "donationware". And the "donationware" option is certainly not available to corporate/commercial users.

If anyone is using the VB-Audio products in a commercial venture, possibly even in a church organization, they may be in violation of the EULA they agreed to when installing the software.
