I'm making videos from a game... DCS World. I'm using OBS to collect footage and VoiceMeter Banana to help with my Audio... Once I have the raw video, I'm using VideoPad to edit and create my final movie... My question has to do with Audio separation for editing purposes. I've watched dozens of YouTube videos on each of these products. I have Windows sounds, Discords sounds, SRS Radio sounds, and VoiceAttack sounds... all of these are software inputs. I think I've figured out how to separate sounds using VoiceMeter Banana and OBS... I essentially have two tracks... Windows on one track and SRS Radio on a second track... Discord and VoiceAttack are not recorded and so I don't send them through OBS. The recorded product with Windows and SRS Radio on separate tracks is then sent to VideoPad for editing... unfortunately when I open the unedited video product from OBS to VideoPad... I get a single audio track. Not two separate tracks! What am I doing wrong?
