Did you mean, Using OBS to capture/record video transcoding from tape, I'm getting an echo in my OBS recordings?
If yes, do you have both Desktop Audio and a capture device as audio sources? if so that is likely your error. I'd recommend in Adv Audio Properties only Outputting from a single source, unless you are audio dubbing from another source (microphone, or ??) as well... it really depends
From what I've read, most people leave the default Desktop Audio enabled, and then have a duplicate audio input, hence the echo. I disabled Desktop Audio, and only use specified audio sources per OBS scene, so I don't have an echo issue... but whether that would work for you depends on factors you haven't mentioned
